There was a problem with their doors freezing shut in the winter because of the humidity in the 8 bay car wash. De-On’s solution was to install a CB-3500 and have ductwork installed to the doors in order to prevent them from freezing.

There was limited space in the quick lube so the oil is pumped from the pit (2-250 gallon tanks) of the quick lube via a double-diaphragm air pump to a 500 gallon tank in the mechanical room at the other side of the car washes.

The oil is pumped about 250 feet to this 500 gallon tank. There are a series of safety controls to prevent overfilling of the tanks.
They had extra oil available, so they are saving more than $1,000.00 each month by utilizing their used oil.
